Jessica N. Diaz, J.D.

Originally from Miami, Jessica received her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Florida International University, and her Juris Doctor with an Honors Certificate in Children and Families from the Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law at Barry University. She is also a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law, where she currently serves as Assistant Director Justice for District 26 in Florida.

Jessica loves law because it allows her to help children and families navigate a complicated legal system. As the Litigation Case Manager for the Murphy & Berglund team, Jessica oversees the litigation department, the legal intern program and acts as a notary for the firm. Jessica enjoys working closely with the clients and their families.

When she is not assisting the team and clients, Jessica enjoys napping! If she’s awake, then you can find her out on the water with her boyfriend, relaxing (probably napping) in a canoe or boat while he fishes by her side. Jessica also has a passion for travel, and loves exploring new areas outside of Florida!
