Attorney Consulting Program

Consulting - Murphy and BerglundIn addition to practicing law for our clients, we also offer an attorney consulting program. As estate planning attorneys, we know the importance of every person protecting their decision making at their incapacity, and expressing their wishes for death. We have been asked by many colleagues over the years to assist with their clients’ estate plans because our colleagues knew an estate plan was needed, but didn’t practice in this ever-changing area of law. Thus, the Murphy & Berglund Consulting Program was born.

Our popular consulting services provide one-on-one access and co-counselling to other attorneys as well as Florida Bar CLEs credits. The program helps bring estate planning to their firm’s existing clients and helps us pay it forward to other attorneys.

The Murphy & Berglund, PLLC Consulting Program is only available to other attorneys with a co-counsel agreement built into the program.

The Consulting Program is a membership-based program. Essentially, members pay a one-time membership fee which gives them a lifetime membership. Attorneys then receive all documents needed to start an estate planning practice.

Through the consulting program, we offer attorneys a lifetime membership in one of two tracks:
1. The estate planning track
2. The elder law planning track

To learn more about the specific benefits of the program and and costs, and how to become a member, email us at consulting@murphyberglund.com

Our consulting program gives members the confidence to run these appointments with the security of knowing we are only a phone call or email away! Members have often found this program to be an easy way to supplement their income without the hassle of learning a new area of law and with the comfort of experienced attorneys on their side.

For members who want to take their knowledge base a step further, we offer pre-recorded virtual sales workshops and one-on-one training with a managing partner of Murphy & Berglund, PLLC, for an additional cost, covering a variety of topics that explain the real world application of laws and documents alike. In 2018, we will offer Florida Bar-approved CLEs in advanced estate planning/elder law topics covering Florida law.
