Contact form submissions are stored in our website database. We keep inquiries that do not result in representation, and keep client-related information for as long as required by law and the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar. Website analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the analytics provider.
Online Payments
If you pay an invoice through the “Pay” link on the Website, you are taken to a secure payment page operated by our third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card or bank account number. Your payment information is handled under the processor’s own privacy policy.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information collected through the Website. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, which is one reason we ask you not to send confidential information through the contact form.
